Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
  • Source applicants through databases, employee referrals, social media, networking, career and job fairs.
  • Coordinate, attend and conduct interviews with managers and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Foster a positive work environment through leading and participating in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support benefit enrollment and plan administration.

Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter
  • Experience as an HR generalist and/or benefits administrator is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, along with HRIS, payroll and benefit systems, applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification credential.
  • HRCI PHR Certified Professional or Talent Acquisition Specialty certification credential.
  • AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or LinkedIn Certified Professional
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
This is an onsite position at our Austell, GA office.
