We’re hunting for a strategic, high-energy leader to take the helm as our Director of New Contract Sales?


In this role, you’ll lead the team responsible for acquiring brand new customers and delivering service contract solutions that solve real business challenges. You’ll own the charge to fuel new business growth, expand our market footprint, and forge strong, lasting customer relationships through tailored service offerings. As Director, you’ll guide pipeline development, steer sales strategy, elevate team performance, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we hit—and exceed—our growth goals and delivering service contract solutions that solve real business challenges.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and maximize service contract revenue.
  • Establish team targets, quotas, and performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals focused on new customer service contract sales.
  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and customer focus.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to support lead generation, pricing, solution design, and onboarding.
  • Partner with service delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation of sold contracts.
  • Advocate for customer needs and provide feedback to product/service teams for continuous improvement.
  • Position requires 50% travel.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Proven success selling service contracts, subscription services, or similar recurring revenue offerings with demonstrated ability to analyze complex customer needs and propose tailored service solutions.
  • Experience in facilities management, or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Background in new customer acquisition or expansion into new markets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
